I’ve got two sites that Google isn’t indexing and it’s making me grumpy.

First,Mac Admin is a blog about Apple Corp, or it will be.

The Manifesto Blog is about tips for saving money around the home, stuff like that.

Come on Google, you’re indexing Matnewton.com almost daily!! Why not these websites?

I love reading these kinds of articles. The one in a kind articles where you hear about things around the world that just boggle the mind.

In this case it’s Zappos.com and the article I’m referencing is here. I’ll give you the summary if you can’t be bothered.

Zappo’s is a shoe website that is famous for its incredible service. They allow you to return any item at no cost and often deliver an item within 24 hours of the order being placed.

The company also pays people to quit. After a month’s training at full pay, all graduates of the call center program are offered $1000 to quit. This is a measure of their commitment. 10% quit and they do actually get the money. The rest stay on and contribute to the Zappo’s customer crazy ethos. How good would working at this kind of company be?
