Zappo’s is a shoe website that is famous for its incredible service. They allow you to return any item at no cost and often deliver an item within 24 hours of the order being placed.
The company also pays people to quit. After a month’s training at full pay, all graduates of the call center program are offered $1000 to quit. This is a measure of their commitment. 10% quit and they do actually get the money. The rest stay on and contribute to the Zappo’s customer crazy ethos. How good would working at this kind of company be?
