I’ve been thinking about the best summer vacation I’ve ever had and the answer comes to mind pretty much instantly - my trip to Mongolia.
Now, a trip to Mongolia over summer (we went in July) may strike some as something unusual to do but if you go during the winter you’ll have the privilege of staying in the coldest capitol city in the world - bar none.
It’s a beautiful country and I had a great time with friends. My next trip is to Spain but I’ve already begun to think about where I want to go next. Peru? Canada?
I really want to go to Canada both in the summer AND the winter but I’d probably choose the winter. I’d love to ski there, visit lakes and mountains, and just have a good time. Plus flights to Canada aren’t as expensive as they used to be with new airlines popping up all over the place pretty much all the time.
