Supermedia store are an electronics discounter selling cheap HP toners amongst other things.

The price of electronics just keeps dropping and dropping. I still remember the computer we had with a 512MB hard drive. Windows took nearly half of it! My current one is 120GB. (IE. 240x bigger.)

Then you go and see a 1GB memory stick for $12.52 shipped and you just think, whoa.

Technology is moving at a rapid rate historically speaking but still I’m very impatient. I want prices to drop FASTER. I was complaining to my girlfriend the other day about how slow phone technology is moving. I bought a nice phone 18 months ago and lost it. I have broken many phones but that’s the only one I have lost. I’m slowly nearing the end of repayments for that one.

Blank DVDs for .25 :)

Adidas have re-launched their Gazelle shoes.

It’s been a while since I bought a pair of Adidas shoes as I haven’t needed runners for a little while. I used to be in with the ‘Adidas can make good fashion’ crowd but no longer.

The Gazelle range features a leather or corduroy upper. I must admit I like the concept but it would be preferable if they didn’t go with the same boring three stripes across the shoe concept every time!

The best thing about Adidas shoes is the way they stick together. I have a pair that’s 4, 5 years old and I took them to China and Mongolia because they’re comfortable and I knew that they would stick together. They have a leather upper as well.

FutureQuest Tech

After a brief hiatus I’m back blogging again.

It really sucks when your internet gets capped halfway through the plan. I used to like Internode’s service but then they started including uploads in the data usage calculations. This was fair enough but they didn’t increase the plans accordingly. So now we’re getting a lot less that we paid for.

Using proper tech advice is the way and we probably shouldn’t have gone with that plan. Another company maybe worth listening to is FutureQuest Tech, a computer technology equipment sales Illinois hoping to gain publicity for their tech services.

They have a semi-decent web-design which is more-or-less what is to be expected from a company owned by techies. (Techie owned and run websites normally look shocking. Many if not most successful websites come from non-techs paying techs to do their good ideas.)

There’s a slight query though on their skills. Anyone who knows anything about basic SEO knows that if you want to create a page, you should give it a proper title tag! It’s no point getting link-backs if you aren’t going to give your page a proper title.
