This is for the followers of obscure sport leagues out there.
I spent 3 months in England with my family in 1999. We were on the south coast of England (East Sussex from memory) in a town called Eastbourne. The closest soccer team of any real standard were Brighton, who spend some time journeying around the lower leagues. Last year they narrowly avoided relegation to League Two.
It’s hard to keep track of lower league teams - the site I use is Scomesse Online. It’s coated in some of the most severely annoying gambling ads you will see but I click through to England and hit CTRL-F, type in Brighton and voila! I can see who they have played (and most likely lost to) today.
