It’s one of my beliefs that you should never let theĀ old customer feel as if he is less valuable than the new customer.
In my short experience so far, when someone buys a shirt from me, they come back. Given that it’s harder to win new customers, should I put a steep discount on the first shirt just to put my money where my mouth is (and have that person become a regular customer?) Or should I still persist with rewarding the old customers first?
